According to industry standards TIA-568C.3-2008 (Fiber Optic Cabling Components Standard) and YD/T1272.5-2009 (Fiber Optic Active Connectors Part 5: MPO Type), the system is designed for IDC and building fiber pre-termination systems, meeting 10G Ethernet transmission requirements and suitable for smooth upgrades to future 40G/100G system applications. MPO pre-terminated cables facilitate rapid deployment in data centers and fiber infrastructure environments. The connection between module boxes or breakout cables across MDA, HDA, and EDA areas, with its efficient plug-and-play architecture, significantly reduces initial installation and daily maintenance costs. Lanbe Communication's pre-terminated cables use high-quality cables and MPO components, with low insertion loss and high return loss, fully meeting the demands of high-speed networks.

The pre-terminated optical cable has MPO connectors installed at both ends, and its optical performance has been tested and verified by the factory. The product features professional designs for pressure and tensile resistance, capable of withstanding installation pulling forces of 400N and short-term pressure of 100(N/cm).
Each port of the pre-terminated trunk optical cable is tested with professional equipment before leaving the factory, ensuring high system reliability.
Both ends use low-loss MPO connectors.
Can be directly and smoothly upgraded to the next generation data center applications of 40GbE and 100GbE.
The number of cores for the pre-terminated optical cable can be selected from 12 to 144 cores, composed of OM3, OM4, and OS2 single-mode fibers, with lengths customized in meters. The outer sheath of the pre-terminated optical cable can provide different fire ratings such as OFNR or OFNP and LSZH.
Three types of polarity wiring methods A, B, and C are available for selection.
The new type of data center cable adopts a round, small outer diameter special structure, achieving a smaller bending radius for the trunk cable, making storage and installation convenient and quick.
The MPO to MPO pre-terminated optical cable consists of pre-installed MPO connectors and trunk cables. The MPO connector can be quickly installed by inserting it into the back of the pre-termination box or the back of the adapter panel.
Suitable for trunk cable wiring, the waterproof, dustproof, pressure-resistant, and tensile-resistant protective sleeves at both ends can effectively protect the optical cable and optical fiber connectors from damage during transportation and installation.
Applicable temperature range: -20℃ ~ +75℃.
Optical cable fire rating: OFNR complies with and passes UL-1666 combustion test, OFNP complies with and passes UL-910 combustion test, LSZH meets fire retardant requirements of IEC60332-1 and IEC60332-3.
MPO connector colors: multimode standard loss (beige), multimode low loss (aqua), single-mode standard loss (green), single-mode low loss (yellow).
