The indoor multimode fiber core diameter of the optimized 50um cable is made of multiple strands of aramid fiber arranged uniformly outside the tight-buffered fiber to enhance its performance, and then extruded with a flame-retardant outer sheath. By selecting high-quality optical fibers, using specialized equipment, in conjunction with precision molds, and reasonably designing the number of aramid fiber strands and laying tension, the product's performance indicators exceed the requirements of relevant international standards.

- In the processing center, select screws with good linearity and low glue output, and adjust the vacuum degree of the extruder to process tight-buffered optical fibers, ensuring that the outer diameter of the tight-buffered optical fibers in the optical cable is uniform and has good stripping performance.
- Products used indoors have high requirements for flame retardancy. To meet this requirement, LSZH low-smoke halogen-free sheath materials with good flame retardant properties are used (optional).
- Due to the use of specialized processing equipment, high-quality materials, and optimized processes, the additional attenuation of the product at high and low temperatures is small.
- The core of the tight-buffered optical fiber is strictly screened to ensure that the geometric dimensions and transmission performance of the fiber meet the user's data communication transmission needs.
