The structure of GYXS optical cable (10G OM3 optical cable is divided into transmission distances of 150 meters, 300 meters, and 550 meters) is to encase multimode optical fibers in a loose tube made of high-modulus plastic, with a waterproof compound filling the tube. The outer loose tube is wrapped with a layer of double-sided coated steel tape, and a water-blocking material is added between the steel tape and the loose tube to ensure the compactness and longitudinal water-blocking of the optical cable, with two parallel steel wires placed on both sides and then sheathed into a cable.
