- The structure of GYTA optical cable is to encase single-mode optical fibers in a loose tube made of high-modulus plastic, with a waterproof compound filling the tube.
- The center of the cable core is a metal reinforcement core, and for certain fiber counts, an additional layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded over the metal reinforcement core.
- The loose tube (and filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforcement core to form a compact and round cable core, with the gaps inside the cable core filled with water-blocking filler.
- The cable is formed by longitudinally wrapping a plastic-coated aluminum tape (APL) and then applying a polyethylene sheath.

- Precise control of the excess length of the optical fiber ensures that the optical cable has good tensile performance and temperature characteristics. The material of the loose tube itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength.
- The tube is filled with a special oil paste, providing critical protection for the optical fiber. The PE sheath has excellent UV resistance. The following measures are taken to ensure the waterproof performance of the optical cable.
- A single steel wire center reinforced core filled with a special waterproof compound. The entire cable core is filled with coated aluminum tape (APL) moisture barrier.
- Suitable for pipelines and overhead.
