The splice box is used for the connection of ADSS, OPGW, and ordinary optical cables. It introduces and connects the optical cables through 2 to 4 cable entry sleeves, and can also be used for the connection of urban pipeline communication optical cables.
Product features:
The special design of the stainless steel clamp for fixing the optical cable and the fixed aramid and reinforced core makes the fixation of the optical cable more secure. The loose winding space allows for more convenient and faster winding, ensuring that the optical fiber has a sufficient bending radius to avoid additional loss and guarantee transmission characteristics. The dual sealing design makes the sealing performance of the splice box more reliable. Installation on poles and in pipelines is quite convenient and secure.
Purpose: Mainly used for the connection protection of OPGW optical cable joints.

Structural Features:

a. The fiber optic joint and excess length use a stacked storage method, and the joint protection is reinforced with a heat shrinkable tube.

b. The joint box uses sealing rings and silicone seals, is easy to operate and can be reopened repeatedly, making maintenance convenient.

c. The optical cable joint box can be grounded as required and is equipped with a special mounting bracket for towers or poles.

Total length 500mm, outer diameter 200mm, inner diameter 180mm.

Selection Notes:

a. Number of cores in the OPGW optical cable.

b. Number of entries and exits and corresponding cable diameters.

c. Two types for pole use and tower use; if for pole use, the pole diameter needs to be provided.
