110 module IDC: spring contact with silver plating, can connect wire diameter 0.4-0.6mm, snap connection can be repeated ≥200 times

Contact resistance (excluding body resistance): under normal atmospheric pressure, contact resistance ≤2.5mΩ

The integrated wiring system has three categories (16MHz) products, with the wiring system mainly using 110 skeleton-type distribution frames, which are mainly divided into wall-mounted types of 50 pairs, 100 pairs, 300 pairs, and 900 pairs, along with corresponding cables. Its disadvantages include complicated cable termination, difficulty in changing once terminated connections, lack of shielding products, expensive termination tools, and inconvenient maintenance and management upgrades. The characteristic of the integrated wiring system is to use the same interface and transmission medium to transmit various different information simultaneously, while using patching methods to flexibly control the application functions of each desktop information point. Therefore, for terminating the horizontal twisted pairs from all desktop information points, RJ45 port 110 distribution frames should be used (as shown in the figure), and for terminating multi-pair voice cables from the telephone main room, the corresponding number of 110 skeleton distribution frames can be used (as shown in the figure). Voice connectivity is achieved through patch cables connecting to the RJ45 port 110 distribution frame, while the data fiber backbone is connected through a fiber distribution box, and then through a network switch, converting a high-speed optical signal into multiple data signals, meeting the networking needs of desktop information points through standard RJ45 patch cables connected to the RJ45 port 110 distribution frame.

1. Do not place the module on yet; punch down according to the color scheme on the module from left to right (blue, orange, green, brown, gray), and then punch down according to the 'color tape' on the large pair cable from front to back.

2. After finishing the wiring, place the module on top and hit it hard to ensure it is tightly attached to the distribution frame.

3. Then, connect the completed module's upper port with the distribution frame using a patch cable.

For large pairs, the wiring order is as follows:

5 main colors: white, red, black, yellow, purple

5 secondary colors: blue, orange, green, brown, gray

Note: For 30 pairs of telephone cables, be careful, as there are 2 types of white main colors in the 30 pairs communication cable. If there are more than 25 pairs, you must check the identification wires! One small bundle is wrapped with 'white-blue' identification wire, and another 5 pairs are wrapped with 'white-orange' identification!
