  • 120Ω balanced digital patch panelDDFMainly consists of the rack and120Ω/120Ω balanced connection unit (also called16system module)

    120Ω/120Ω balanced connection unit: uses data twisted pair cable, with a characteristic impedance of120Ω connector unit.

    1Environmental requirements

    1.1Usage conditions

    Operating temperature:+5℃~+40

    Relative humidity: not greater than85%+30℃ when)

    Atmospheric pressure:70kPa106kPa

    1.2Storage temperature:-40℃~+55

    2Appearance and structure

    2.1Rack structure type

    According to the different requirements of the sealing degree of the rack body, it can be divided into three forms: closed, semi-closed, and open type, we mainly produce open type.

    2.2Rack dimensions

    The height of the rack is divided into2600mmand2200mmand2000mmetc., with width and depth dimensions specified in the product enterprise standards, and can also be customized according to customer needs.

    2.3The structure should be firm, assembly should have consistency and interchangeability, and fasteners should not be loose. The radius of rounded edges at exposed and operational partsRshould not be less than2mm.2.4

    Mechanical moving parts should rotate flexibly, plug and unplug moderately, lock reliably, and be convenient for construction installation and maintenance; the opening angle of the door should not be less than°, and the gap should not exceed1202.52mm.2.4

    The coating layer should have a smooth surface, uniform color, no dripping, and no exposed base; metal parts should be free of burrs and rust.2.6

    The markings should be clear, complete, and firm.3

    Electrical performance3.1

    Working rate:3.22Mbit/s

    Characteristic impedance:Ω (nominal value)1203.3

    Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance between the two terminals of the balanced connector and between any terminal and the shell or fixing device should not be less than the provisions of the table.The DC voltage for measuring the circuit is1500V±50V50V2.4

  • This device has a modular structure, easy to install, use, and expand;120Ωmodular unit;

    Streamlined design, aesthetically pleasing;

    Uses"insulation layer displacement airtight connection"technology, easy to operate;

    Small size, high density;

    The rack adopts an open frame structure, with a simple design and a complete cable management system;

    Wiring is neat and beautiful;

    Clear and distinct labeling;

    Has a complete grounding system;

    The rack and brackets are made of electrostatic epoxy spray, aesthetically pleasing, and have strong corrosion resistance;

    The rack material can be selected from high-strength aluminum profiles and steel materials, suitable for large, medium, and small exchange stations.

    The exchange line (internal line, with receiving and transmitting distinctions) generally uses DDF data cables, which are typically twisted pairs, meaning one signal uses two pairs of twisted wires (one pair for receiving and one for transmitting, also referred to as incoming and outgoing). Note that the cables are generally shielded or grounded twisted pairs, with the ground wire connecting to the S-point contact spring on the module, and connecting and conducting with the backplane and rack. The 120Ω/120Ω balanced connection module has wiring holes on both sides. The exchange line should be sorted according to the designed cable color classification, then passed through the wiring hole at the back right of the module and into the right hole of the module body (generally), leading to the front of the module, and then connected using a connection knife at the front a.b of the 16 system's connection module (the upper side of a single module strip corresponds to the a, b points of label 0). At this point, one pair of exchange lines is completed, and the same method is used to connect another pair of wires in the same signal (corresponding to the a, b points of label 1). This method is repeated until all exchange line signal routes are completed. The exchange line is connected.

    The transmission line (external line, with receiving and transmitting distinctions) generally uses DDF data cables, which are typically twisted pairs, meaning one signal uses two pairs of twisted wires (one pair for receiving and one for transmitting, also referred to as incoming and outgoing). Note that the cables are generally shielded or grounded twisted pairs, with the ground wire connecting to the S-point contact spring on the module, and connecting and conducting with the backplane and rack. The transmission line pairs should be sorted according to the designed cable color classification, then the cables should be passed through the wiring hole at the left side of the module's back panel, and then into the left hole of the module body leading to the front of the module (generally), and then connected using a connection knife at the lower spring of the 16 system module strip, corresponding to the a, b points of label 0. At this point, one pair of transmission line pairs is completed. The same method is used to connect another pair of wires in the same signal (corresponding to the a, b points of label 1). Other transmission signal routes are similarly connected until all transmission line pairs are completed.
