  • Coaxial cable refers to a cable that consists of two concentric different bodies, where the conductor and the shielding layer share the same axis. Common coaxial cables are made up of copper wire conductors isolated by insulating materials, with another layer of annular conductor and its insulator outside the inner insulating material, and the entire cable is covered by a sheath made of PVC or Teflon materials.

Application range: Generally used in closed-circuit television systems, shared antenna systems (CATV/MATV) as trunk branch lines and user lines, as well as connections or internal wiring for other high-frequency machines.

    Variety introduction:

    1. Video coaxial cable. The English abbreviation is SYV, with common models such as 75-7, 75-5, 75-3, 75-1, all having a characteristic impedance of 75 ohms to accommodate different transmission distances.

    2. Baseband coaxial cable. This is a type of 50-ohm cable used for digital transmission, primarily for baseband transmission.

    3. Broadband coaxial cable. Coaxial cable used for analog signal transmission with cable television.

    Installation method:

Coaxial cables are generally installed between devices. Each user location is equipped with a connector to provide an interface for the user. The installation method for the interface is as follows:

    (1) Cut the thin cable, attach BNC connectors to both ends, and then connect them at both ends of the T-type connector.

    (2) The thick cable is generally installed using a TAP device similar to a clamp, which uses guide pins on the TAP to penetrate the cable's insulating layer and connect directly to the conductor. Termination devices are set at both ends of the cable to weaken the reflection of the signal.

    Product features:

    1. New material sheath. Made of high-quality PVC material, with a thickened sheath, low eccentricity, uniform thickness, tensile resistance, waterproof, and sunproof, suitable for monitoring wiring.

    2. High density and coverage of the shielding mesh, making signal transmission more stable, effectively shielding external interference, and providing a good protective environment for the transmission of core signals.

    3. Oxygen-free copper wire core, with shiny copper wire appearance, low resistance, good conductivity, low loss, long transmission distance, specially designed for high-quality and high-standard security monitoring projects, meeting various high-quality requirements.

    4. Cable marking, with a standard code every meter, convenient for construction.
