The 12-core integrated fusion splice module (fusion splice tray) kit is suitable for ODF fiber distribution frames, fiber optic junction boxes, and ODF unit boxes. It contains bundled pigtails and adapters, and is labeled with splice tray identification. Users can freely choose the type of bundled pigtails and adapters according to their needs. Product features:

The internal tray has 0.9mm type bundled pigtails, saving on-site operation time;

Various types of bundled pigtails can be selected according to the usage environment;

Snap-in installation SC, ST, FC, dual LC adapters;

The curvature radius of the optical fiber can be controlled throughout the entire length;

Ample redundant fiber winding space;

The integrated fiber fusion splice module includes a tray body, which has a wiring area and a splicing area arranged side by side. The tray body is equipped with a fiber adapter mounting plate in the wiring area, which fits into the tray body. The mounting plate has fixed slots for fiber adapters, and also features a wire bundle guiding structure. The tray body has wire passage channels in both the wiring and splicing areas, and also has a fiber passage channel that connects to the wire passage channels. Additionally, the splicing area has a fixed seat for fiber heat shrink tubing. The two areas of this integrated fiber fusion splice module are separated by a partition, preventing interference. At the same time, the fiber adapter mounting plate in the wiring area can be conveniently inserted into the middle of the wiring area, facilitating wiring and fusion splicing operations, thus providing convenience for construction and maintenance.
