Overview
The SPX series integrated wiring box (network connection box) for broadband access is an essential auxiliary device in the structured cabling system. It is mainly used for installing network switches, optical-electrical converters, and other devices. It not only serves the purpose of fiber access and optical-electrical conversion but also undertakes management and scheduling functions. This type of product is aesthetically pleasing, easy to operate, and flexible in management, with all performance fully meeting the YD/T1313-2008 standard for integrated wiring boxes for broadband access.

Features

Power sockets, network switches, optical-electrical converters, fiber splicing boxes, and various specifications of data wiring modules can be installed internally;
It can achieve the connection of optical-electrical devices within the box, reaching the purpose of optical-electrical conversion;
It has reliable cable and fiber fixing and protection devices;
It has a reliable and complete grounding device;
It has storage space for excess fibers and cables, and the bending radius of the cable is greater than 20 times the diameter of the cable, while the curvature radius of the fiber inside the box is > 37.5 mm;
The box has good heat dissipation performance, and the outdoor type is equipped with a cooling device;
The outdoor type box is made of stainless steel, with reliable sealing and protection performance;
The structure is solid, with excellent anti-theft and anti-damage functions;
The box is coated with electrostatic epoxy powder, providing reliable surface protection;
It is available in various structural types such as wall-mounted, embedded, and floor-standing, as well as dozens of size specifications for users to choose from.

The insulation resistance between the high-voltage protective grounding device of the box and the box itself is ≥2×10^4 MΩ, test voltage DC (500±50)V;
ⅱ, Withstand voltage
The withstand voltage strength between the high-voltage protective grounding device of the box and the box itself is ≥DC 3000V, duration 1min, test results show no breakdown, no arc flash;
Connection hardware transmission characteristics:
The connection hardware transmission characteristics comply with YD/T926.3-2001 "Building Communication Integrated Wiring System Part 3: Technical Requirements for Connection Hardware for Integrated Wiring" standard.
