    Product Features

    • Provides functions for direct connection, branching, splitting, splicing, and wiring of optical cables.
    • Suitable for overhead, underground, and wall-mounted installations in manholes.
    • Equipped with a layered splicing tray that is easy to open and can be removed for convenient line installation and maintenance.
    • Select splicing trays suitable for ribbon fibers or integrated bundle fibers, configurable within maximum capacity.
    • Fiber routing specifications ensure that the bending radius of the fiber and optical cable at any position is greater than 30mm.
    • Optional heat shrink or mechanical sealing methods, can be reopened repeatedly, effectively reducing maintenance costs.

  • GJS05-M SeriesThe optical cable joint box series products belong to the openable mechanical pressure sealing joint system, widely used in direct burial, pipeline, and overhead laying methods for direct connection and branching connection of optical cables.


    Features

    • The box body is made of high-quality engineering plastic (PC), and all external fasteners and components are made of high-quality stainless steel materials.
    • The product uses secondary cable pressing technology to ensure that the optical fibers inside the box have no additional attenuation.
    • The product has the function of disconnecting the electrical connection of the incoming and outgoing optical cables.
    • The product has multiple reuse and expansion capabilities.
    • A valve can be installed on the shell for easy inflation and pressure measurement during sealing inspection.
    • A grounding lead device can also be installed on the shell.

    • o Insulation Resistance: The insulation resistance between the metal components at both ends inside the box and between the metal components and the ground is not less than 20000MΩ.
    • o Voltage Withstand Strength: The metal components at both ends inside the box and between the metal components and the ground do not break down under 15kV DC for 1 minute, with no arc phenomenon.
