- Fiber routing specifications ensure that the bending radius of the fiber and optical cable at any position is greater than 30mm.
- Uses a rubber sealing method that can be reopened repeatedly, effectively reducing maintenance costs.

The GJS05-W series optical cable joint box products belong to an openable mechanical pressure-sealed joint system, widely used for direct burial, pipeline, and overhead laying methods for direct and branch connections.
Features- The box body is made of high-quality engineering plastic (PC), and all external fasteners and components are made of high-quality stainless steel materials.
- The product uses secondary cable pressing technology to ensure that the optical fibers inside the box have no additional attenuation.
- The product has the function of disconnecting the electrical connection of the incoming and outgoing optical cables.
- The product has multiple reuse and expansion capabilities.
- A valve can be installed on the shell for easy inflation and pressure measurement during sealing inspection.
- A grounding lead device can also be installed on the shell.
Main Technical Indicators-
- Tensile Seal: After sealing the box body and inflating it to 60kPa, it can withstand a tensile force of 1000N without leaking.
- Impact Seal: After sealing the box body and inflating it to 60kPa, it can withstand three impacts of 16Nm without cracks or leaks.
- Insulation Resistance: The insulation resistance between the metal components at both ends inside the box and between the metal components and the ground is not less than 20000MΩ.
- Dielectric Strength: The insulation between the metal components at both ends inside the box and between the metal components and the ground does not break down under 15kV DC for 1 minute, with no arcing phenomenon.
