  • The G/MPX01-A type integrated rack (optical and digital mixed rack) is an integrated rack designed and developed by our company, combining optical distribution (ODF), digital distribution (DDF), audio (MDF/VDF), and data (EDF) power distribution into one. The rack is designed according to the 19" (or 21") standard, and can accommodate optical terminal equipment, digital switching equipment, wireless access equipment, etc. It effectively saves space in the machine room (station) and is an ideal device for communication operators to carry out integrated services. 
     
    Features
    • Integrates optical distribution, digital distribution, and power distribution.
    • Adopts a fully enclosed structure, with a frame made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, surface treated with electrostatic spraying, overall aesthetic and generous, with good dustproof performance.
    • Uses a 19-inch (or 21-inch) standard rack, modular design, flexible configuration, and easy expansion.
    • The optical distribution module uses a fusion splicing integrated module as the basic unit.
    • Digital distribution units can be selected according to customer requirements.
    • The power distribution unit is equipped with DC distribution and AC distribution, and comes with AC sockets; alarm and remote monitoring functions can be added according to customer requirements.
    • Reliable cable fixing, stripping, lightning protection grounding, protective grounding, and AC grounding devices are available.
    • Additional MDF units, high-frequency switching power supplies, and batteries can be added according to customer needs.
     
    Main technical indicators
    • Optical distribution unit:
    • Optical fiber active connector insertion loss ≤0.2dB, return loss: ≥50dB;
    • The insulation resistance between the rack high voltage protection grounding device and the rack is ≥1000 MΩ (DC500V)
    • The withstand voltage level between the rack high voltage protection grounding device and the rack is not less than DC3000V/1min, no breakdown, no arc.
    • Digital unit:
    • Characteristic impedance: 75Ω, 120Ω.
    • Return loss: ≥18dB (50kHz~233MHz)
    • Insertion loss: ≤0.3dB (50kHz~233MHz)
    • Insulation resistance between inner and outer conductors: 1000 MΩ (DC500V)

  • G/MPX Series Integrated Wiring Cabinet Technical Description
    1. Overall Requirements:(1) The integrated wiring cabinet includes MDF audio wiring, DDF digital wiring, ODF fiber optic wiring units, and EDF network data wiring units;
    (2) The installation width adopts international standard dimensions, 19 inches wide;
    (3) The design standards meet the requirements of 'Main Distribution Frame' (YD/T694-2004), 'Digital Distribution Frame' (YD/T1437-2006), 'Optical Distribution Frame' (YD/T778-2006), and the implementation rules for network access quality certification inspection;
    (4) Dimensions: 2000mm (H) × 600mm (W) × 600mm (D); 2200mm (H) × 600mm (W) × 600mm (D);
    (5) Main material: high-quality cold-pressed steel plate, phosphated surface, electrostatic spraying;
    (6) The cabinet has a grounding busbar and grounding terminals for easy grounding.
    2. MDF Audio Wiring Unit:
    The wiring frame adopts an open-type snap connection and has an external fault sound and light alarm function. It should have a protective device that can fuse in time when there is overvoltage or overcurrent on the external line to protect communication equipment.(1) Capacity: Return line(2) DC breakdown voltage: 190~260V
    (3) Pulse breakdown voltage: ≤800V (1000V/ms)
    (4) Pulse current withstand: 2.5kA 10 times (8/20ms) 50A 300 times (10/1000ms)
    (5) AC current withstand: 2.5A (50Hz)
    (6) Leakage current action performance:

    3. DDF Digital Wiring Unit:
    (1) Modular configuration (optional);
    (2) Jumpers and loops are completed on the front panel;
    (3) Digital wiring uses L9 type 75Ω coaxial connectors;(4) The digital unit adopts a combination rotary mechanism, allowing individual units to rotate outward by 90 degrees for easy cable termination, achieving full front operation;
    (5) It should have a locking mechanism, and mechanical durability should allow for more than 1000 insertions and removals;
    (6) It should have test ports for online testing and self-loop testing, and should have reliable grounding;
    (7) It should be equipped with jumpers, necessary plugs for testing, and tools for stripping and crimping wires.
    4. ODF Fiber Optic Wiring Unit:
    (1) It has functions for introducing, fixing, and protecting optical cables, splicing functions for optical cable terminals and pigtails, jumper functions, and storage for jumpers, as well as storage and protection functions for optical fiber cores and pigtails;
    (2) ODF units can be selected from 12 cores to 96 cores;
    (3) Technical parameters:
    1. Insertion loss: ≤0.2dB2. Return loss: ≥45dB
    3. Connector loss: ≤0.5dB
    4. Durability: ≤0.2dB (1000 insertions and removals)
    5. Insulation resistance between high voltage protection ground and rack: ≥1000Ω/500VDC

    5. EDF Network Data Wiring Unit:
    24-port/48-port Category 5e patch panels are mainly used for Gigabit networks. Manufacturers advocate their use, and they are now commonly applied in local area networks because they are not much more expensive than Category 5 cables. Currently, Category 6 patch panels are generally used in ATM networks, and are not yet recommended for company local area networks. Currently, the most common patch panels in general local area networks are Category 5e or Category 6, especially since the current Category 5e and Category 6 patch panels can easily provide 155Mbps communication bandwidth and have the potential to upgrade to Gigabit bandwidth, making them the preferred choice for today's horizontal cabling. Patch panels can be divided into shielded and unshielded patch panels, with most local area networks using unshielded patch panels (UTP—Unshielded Twisted Pair) as the transmission medium for networking.

    5.EDF网络数据配线单元:
         24口/48口超五类配线架主要用于千兆网上,生产商提倡,现在也普通应用于局域网中,因为价格方面比五类线贵不了多少,而现用的六类配线架,一般用于ATM网络中,公司局域网中暂时还不推荐采用。 目前在一般局域网中常见的是超五类或者六类配线架,特别是目前的超五类和六类配线架可以轻松提供155Mbps的通信带宽,并拥有升级至千兆的带宽潜力,因此,成为当今水平布线的首选 。而配线架又可分为:屏蔽配线架和非屏蔽配线架,大多数局域网使用非屏蔽配线架(UTP—Unshielded Twisted Pair)作为布线的传输介质来组网。
