3.1.3 The packaging box meets the requirements, and the product name and model marks on the packaging box are obvious; the work number, inspection number, and certificate in the box are complete. Test instrument: Insulation resistance tester
3.2 Insulation resistance requirements: the insulation resistance between a and b lines, and between a and b lines and ground lines, alarm signal lines, and other metal parts under normal atmospheric conditions (temperature 15-35°C, relative humidity 45-75 %, air pressure 8 6-106Kpa, the same below) not less than 1000MΩ, (not less than 100MΩ after high temperature test, low temperature test, temperature change test and damp heat test).
Test method: The insulation resistance of the test sample should be between each tested terminal and all the other terminals connected to the housing or the mounting plate (that is, between any two terminals that are not conductive to each other and any terminal is fixed to the metal The test results should meet the above requirements. Test equipment: DM-100B digital micro-ohm, micro-voltmeter
3.3 Contact resistance The contact resistance between the pin of the security unit and the terminal (or reed, the same below) between the pins of the security unit (or security seat, the same below); Requirements: (1) Under normal atmospheric conditions, the contact between the two reeds The contact resistance between is not more than 7m Ω (after high temperature test, low temperature test, temperature change test and humid heat test, the contact resistance value added is not more than 3mΩ.) The security unit is inserted and removed at a frequency of 10-15 times per minute on the security arrangement Secondly, the contact resistance between the pins of the security unit and the terminals of the security arrangement is not greater than 3mΩ. In addition to the contact resistance requirement to reach the specified index, the security unit and the security arrangement must be pluggable and light, and feel good.
3.4 Alarm signal
The alarm signal is clearly visible when the security unit is activated.
3.5 Overvoltage protection performance parameters (Note 1)
a DC breakdown voltage Udc=230±3040 9
b Insulation resistance: ≥1×10 Ω
3.6 Overcurrent protection performance
3.6.1 PTC performance performance (Note 2)

3.7 Failure protection performance
Test equipment: NLT-1 type failure protection and alarm tester
When the discharge current of the discharge tube reaches 2.5Arms, the a line or b line in the discharge circuit should be grounded within 15S.
3.8 Combustion performance test of plastic parts, etc.
The quality requirements of the plastic parts in the security unit shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the factory inspection document "General Requirements for Flame-retardant ABS Raw Materials and Plastic Parts".

Note (1): The DC breakdown voltage of the discharge tube and other indexes other than the insulation resistance test are carried out when the discharge tube enters the factory and when the security unit routine test is sent for inspection. For the test procedure, see "Technical requirements and test methods of semiconductor discharge tubes" ".
Note (2): Indicators other than those specified in the "Overcurrent Protection Performance" of the overcurrent protection device shall be carried out when the overcurrent protection equipment enters the factory and when the security unit routine test is submitted for inspection. For the inspection procedures, see "Technical Requirements and Test Methods of Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) Thermistors for Overcurrent Protection of Communication Equipment"
Note (3): The high temperature test, low temperature test, temperature change test, and damp heat test of the security unit are carried out when the routine test is submitted for inspection.
